Position: HR Generalist P/T Temp to Perm
Part-Time – Temp to Perm HR Generalist – South West CalgaryWe are looking for a part-time HR Generalist (approximately 25 hours per week) within a growing,
entrepreneurial organization in the industrial sector located in South Calgary.

The
Part-Time HR Generalist will be responsible for delivering broad HR support with a strong focus on payroll, compliance, and employee experience.
Part-Time HR Generalist Responsibilities:Manage payroll for hourly and salaried employeeOversee timesheet administration and ensure accuracy and timelinessSupport benefits administration and employee inquiriesAssist with incentive and compensation-related workParticipate in policy development and updatesProvide general HR support across the employee lifecycleCollaborate closely with the operational leadersThe Successful Candidate Has:5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist within a small business, startup, or entrepreneurial environmentPost-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldCPHR designation or progress toward it considered an assetProvide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, documentation, policy and procedure, payroll, and compliance activitiesExperience in the full spectrum of HR functions including employee relations, performance processes, compliance, payroll, attendance management, recordkeeping, onboarding/offboarding, benefits management, and day-to-day employee and company supportPrevious exposure to industrial and manufacturing is preferredStrong hands-on experience with Dayforce (formerly Ceridian) payroll; familiarity with Shareworks would be of benefit as wellDemonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and confidentialityA collaborative, grounded, team-focused personalityOpen and adaptable to change and working in a fast-growing, evolving organizationCompensation and Benefits:The discussed hourly range is $35 - $39 per houCandidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be consideredPart-time role (approx. 25 hours/week) with remote flexibilityComprehensive benefits packageOpportunities to contribute to a growing and innovative team with the intention of permanencyCandidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
