We are currently seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our Compensation team. What Your Team Does

The Compensation team designs and builds competitive and scalable reward programs that enable our human and high performing culture. Through close partnerships across the business and strong market insights, we translate strategy into meaningful compensation experiences to support Clio’s long term goals and global workforce.

What You’ll Work On
  • Participate in compensation surveys and conduct benchmarking & market trend analysis using the data from the surveys
  • Contribute to maintaining a competitive positioned compensation structure and employee positioning by researching, creating, and updating Clio’s cash and equity ranges across all regions (North America, LATAM, EMEA, APAC)
  • Support role levelling and job architecture alignment by preparing market data and internal equity analyses
  • Support the execution of Clio’s cyclical compensation programs (market reviews, merit cycle, promotion cycles and variable cycles)
  • Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of technology platforms used for compensation decisions
  • Support pay equity analysis and reporting to meet legislative requirements, and help track changes in pay transparency and equity regulations
  • Prepare quarterly variable compensation calculations and documentation
  • Maintain and audit compensation data within HRIS to ensure data accuracy
  • Prepare and maintain quarterly equity compensation audit in preparation for quarterly board approvals
  • Prepare compensation data, analyses, dashboards and summaries for internal stakeholders and leaders to enable compensation discussions
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Business Partner Teams to support hiring and guiding internal compensation decisions
  • Support documentation of compensation processes, FAQs, and enablement materials for employees and leaders
  • Other duties as required
What You May Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation, or total rewards, with demonstrated hands-on experience in compensation analysis, benchmarking, and job evaluation
  • Intermediate to advanced-level spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • A keen interest in improving your craft by using AI
Serious Bonus Points if You Have
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
  • Experience with Workday and/or Workday Advanced Compensation
  • Experience with Compensation Survey providers such as Radford
  • Experience with Acquisitions
  • Experience with Sales Compensation
  • Familiarity with Total Rewards platforms such as Pave
  • Experience with Equity Compensation
