Enhance organizational HR strategies as a Human Resources Partner. Guide site leadership through complex HR challenges while fostering a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
As an HR Partner, you’ll build impactful relationships with leaders, guiding them through employee matters and utilizing workforce data for key decisions. This role includes coaching, advising on performance management, and handling inquiries from staff about HR processes. Regular site presence will ensure you’re in tune with the team’s needs and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with HR leaders on strategic initiatives
• Provide guidance on employee performance management
• Support decision-making with workforce analytics
• Coach leaders on HR best practices and initiatives
• Address employee inquiries related to HR policies
Requirements:
• 3+ years in an HR Generalist position
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience with in the healthcare sector is beneficial
• Knowledge of labor relations and employment law
• Valid driver’s license with travel availability
