In this critical role reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will act as a key advisor on employee and labor relations, emphasizing your expertise in performance management and grievance handling. You will lead ongoing HR projects and ensure operational leaders comply with relevant labor agreements. Your contributions will directly impact the organization’s culture and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise leaders on employee performance management
• Conduct grievance and complaint investigations
• Facilitate training for compliance with policies
• Participate in collective bargaining negotiations
• Prepare management reports for trend analysis
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Ability to work autonomously
• Meticulous attention to detail
• CPHR designation preferred or in progress
