Transform HR operations at Arcus in the HR & Payroll Coordinator position. This full-time, on-site job requires a blend of HR acumen and payroll expertise, with a focus on AI integration.

You will engage in recruitment, onboarding, and payroll management while maintaining regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in payroll regulations and comfortable using HRIS systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring employee inquiries are addressed while supporting various HR initiatives throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute full-cycle payroll processing monthly

• Assist with job postings and screen applicants

• Maintain updated HR documentation and employee records

• Handle inquiries related to HR and payroll

• Support engagement events and collaborate on HR issues

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in HR or related education

• Solid understanding of payroll laws and best practices

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred

• Strong ability to work both independently and with teams
