As a prominent HRBP at CPKC, you will play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving meaningful change across workforce practices. Reporting to the Director of HR, you’ll provide essential support in complex employee relations and change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic partnerships with senior business leaders
• Lead talent initiatives including workforce planning
• Leverage analytics for strategic human capital insights
• Guide employee relations policy application
• Foster a culture that promotes high performance
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent in HR or Business
• 5–10 years in strategic HRBP roles
• Adept at influencing senior leadership
• Knowledge of U.S. and Mexican employment laws
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
