Rewards Analyst

Position: Total Rewards Analyst
Join Seequent as a Total Rewards Analyst in Calgary, Alberta, and support our competitive compensation programs. Bring your expertise in compensation analysis and data insights to enhance our talent attraction and retention strategies.

As part of a contract role until December 31, 2026, you'll report to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards. Your key responsibilities will include managing compensation-related inquiries, conducting market analysis, and supporting the implementation of compensation programs. You'll also prepare insightful data reports for leadership and assist in global compensation surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR with compensation-related inquiries

• Conduct benchmarking and job pricing analysis

• Design and implement competitive compensation programs

• Analyze global compensation programs for market trends

• Prepare reports to support HR decision-making

Requirements:

• University degree in HR or Business required

• Minimum 3 years of compensation experience

• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point

• Experience with Workday preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
