Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Services, you will take charge of HR functions, leading initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention. Your strategic mindset will facilitate performance management and organizational development while maintaining compliance with employment laws. This role demands close collaboration with leadership to ensure an effective, high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion initiatives for employee engagement and recognition

• Support performance management and succession planning

• Develop and administer compensation and incentive structures

• Analyze data to support leadership decisions

• Ensure accurate HR operations with payroll coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent

• 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in fast-paced settings

• Familiarity with HR best practices and employee relations

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills

• CPHR designation preferred
