Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and engagement processes

• Administer payroll and manage compliance filings

• Process orders, invoices, and vendor billing tasks

• Coordinate company events and manage social media requests

• Support leadership with internal communications and travel coordination

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in HR or admin roles

• Relevant post-secondary education preferred

• Attention to detail and outstanding organization skills

• HRIS system proficiency, preferably with BambooHR

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
