Position: Strategic HR Business Partner Role at Chandos
Shape HR practices at Chandos as a Senior HR Business Partner. Engage closely with leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness through strategic employee relations and effective workforce planning.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, HR Business Partnering, and will support various districts with HR strategies that align with business priorities. You will actively manage employee relations issues, workforce planning, and recruitment efforts while providing valuable insights to drive company objectives. Your independent judgment and consultative skills will play a crucial role in this dynamic position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR practices across the employee lifecycle

• Act as a thought partner to leadership teams

• Manage complex employee relations situations

• Identify risks and opportunities using data insights

• Champion organizational design and workforce initiatives

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of HR experience in complex environments

• Strong competency in HR technologies

• Proven ability to influence and advise leadership

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage priorities

• CPHR designation with regular travel commitment
