As a 12-month contract Specialist, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. Your primary focus will be on building strong talent pipelines and improving recruitment processes in a dynamic environment where you can significantly impact organizational growth and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment across technical, operational, and manufacturing roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and strategies
• Source candidates through multiple channels effectively
• Ensure engaging candidate experiences throughout recruitment
• Utilize data to monitor hiring activities and outcomes
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience
• Success in full-cycle recruitment for technical roles
• Experience in high-volume recruitment settings
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, particularly ATS
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
