In this newly established role, you will report to the Calgary Director of Talent Management, emphasizing strategic planning and collaboration with law schools. Your responsibilities will include executing recruitment events, oversight of student programs, and supporting the onboarding process for new hires. Ideal for a dedicated legal professional.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate recruitment and engagement activities at law schools
• Fully manage summer and articling student recruitment
• Facilitate CPLED registration and professional development
• Implement onboarding processes for new law talent
• Assist in the recruitment of lateral associates
Requirements:
• Law degree from a Canadian common law institution
• Current Alberta Law Society member
• Experience in mentoring law students
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and project management practices
Contribute to the future of legal talents through impactful programs and initiatives at Osler in Calgary.
