Tri Summit Utilities is looking for a proactive HR Coordinator with a relevant educational background and 0-3 years of experience. You will play a vital role in recruitment, data tracking, and assisting with HR projects. Having strong organizational and communication skills will enhance your effectiveness in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide vital administrative support to the HR team
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities
• Maintain comprehensive employee records in HR systems
• Prepare reports and monitor data integrity
• Support various HR initiatives and respond to inquiries
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• 0-3 years of related work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
