Candidates should have over three years of full-cycle recruitment experience specifically in high-volume sectors like logistics. This role requires an individual who excels at proactive sourcing and the management of the entire interview process while ensuring excellent communication with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute proactive sourcing through various channels
• Manage the candidate experience from start to finish
• Develop interview frameworks in collaboration with hiring managers
• Track all candidate interactions within the ATS
• Assist in conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback
Requirements:
• 3+ years full-cycle recruitment expertise
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment environments
• Knowledge of recruitment laws in Ontario
• Clear communicator with excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Linked In Recruiter and ATS software
