We are seeking an experienced Payroll Benefits Specialist who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. This role requires someone who is highly organized, approachable, and able to independently manage daily responsibilities while serving as a go‑to resource for employees with payroll/benefit questions. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter—especially if experienced with Dayforce—and comfortable navigating frequent transactions and communication.
Location:
In-office, 5 days/week (Near airport) Type: 4 month Contract with opportunity to extend,
Schedule:
Full-time, Onsite
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
6 months – 1 year of payroll experience, ideally in high‑volume environments.
Ability to manage large numbers of transactions with strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay on track without close supervision.
Experience working with large Payroll systems, with Dayforce experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage large volumes of email and stakeholder interactions.
Professional, approachable presence for in‑office walk‑ups.
