In this role, you will deliver comprehensive recruitment services for various portfolios, focusing on staffing needs aligned with our Phase 2 expansion. You will provide strategic guidance to hiring managers and promote best practices in diversity and inclusive hiring. Your work will be vital in enhancing our talent acquisition strategies while maintaining a candidate-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment across multiple portfolios
• Develop inclusive hiring practices and talent strategies
• Source candidates through diverse channels
• Collaborate with HR to define hiring needs
• Manage candidate records and adhere to compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business
• Minimum 10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in energy sectors
• Proven track record in managing complex recruitment projects
• Strong stakeholder influence and relationship-building skills
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
