Position: Strike HR Generalist Contract Position

As you report to the HR Manager at Strike, you will play a pivotal role in various HR functions while managing employee records and HRIS operations. This role requires at least three years of HR experience, communication prowess, and a good eye for detail. Collaborate to create a professional and confidential HR environment and support all employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process HRIS/CMIC employee records and transactions

• Oversee full lifecycle activities for employees

• Prepare essential new hire and personnel files

• Facilitate compensation reporting and administration

• Liaise with providers for benefit management

Requirements:

• Preferred degree/diploma in Human Resources or related fields

• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a similar capacity

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity with HRIS systems; CMIC knowledge is a plus

• Ability to maintain confidentiality in various situations
