We are looking for an organized and service oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this role plays a key part in supporting employees and leaders throughout the employee lifecycle while ensuring the efficient delivery of HR programs, processes, and services.

ADayinthe LifeAsa Human Resources Coordinator ,youwill:
- Coordinateemployeelifecycleactivitiesincludingonboarding,transfers,promotions,leavesofabsence,compensationchanges,and terminations
- Prepareandadministeremployment-relateddocumentationsuchasofferletters,employmentagreements,compensationadjustmentletters,employmentverificationrequests,leavedocumentation,andemployeecorrespondence
- Maintainaccurateemployeerecordsandpersonnelfileswhileensuringcompliancewithcompanypoliciesandlegislativerequirements
- ServeasaprimarypointofcontactforemployeeandleaderinquiriesthroughtheHRHelpdesk
- AssistwiththeadministrationofHRprograms,includingdisabilitymanagement,workpermittracking,employeereferralprograms,and compliance-related initiatives
- Supportannualcompensationreviewsandperformancedevelopmentprocesses
- GenerateHRreportsandworkforcedatatosupportbusinessoperationsanddecision-making
- ParticipateinHRprojectsandcontinuousimprovementinitiativesthatenhancetheemployeeexperienceandoperationalefficiency
- Diplomaordegreein Human Resources ,Business Administration,orarelatedfield,oranequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience
- CPHRdesignationorprogresstowarddesignationisconsideredanasset
- ExperienceworkingwithHRIS,ATS,andworkforcemanagementsystems
- Advancedproficiencywith Microsoft Office ,particularlyExcel
- ExperiencesupportingHRfunctionswithinanengineering,consulting,construction,orproject-basedorganizationisconsideredanasset
- Strongorganizationalandtime-managementskillswiththeabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesanddeadlines
- Exceptionalattentiontodetailandcommitmenttoaccuracy
