As part of the People & Culture Team, you will bring your organizational talents to assist with various HR functions. With 1-2 years of HR experience, your duties will include managing job applications, coordinating onboarding for new staff, and maintaining critical HR documentation. You will ensure that HRIS data is accurate and support employees with their benefits selections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in drafting and posting job openings
• Onboard new staff, ensuring a seamless experience
• Audit HRIS data regularly for accuracy
• Keep employee files organized in a digital system
• Guide employees through the benefits enrollment process
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in HR-related roles
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or similar field
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in Benefits Administration is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Play an integral role in shaping the employee experience at Shane Homes.
