Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and implement collective bargaining agreements

• Communicate necessary changes to leaders and stakeholders

• Configure HR payroll systems based on intakes

• Validate test outcomes to ensure compliance

• Manage the accurate execution of retroactive payments

Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree or College Diploma in a relevant field

• Experience in payroll systems and HR practices

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel

• Bilingual in French and English for effective communication
