In this parental leave coverage position, you’ll lead the Human Resources team, promoting talent management, training, and employee engagement. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor on HR best practices while fostering a supportive company culture. A strong focus on continuous improvement and effective performance management will be vital for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain HR team structure and processes
• Implement annual HR work plans for talent acquisition
• Foster open-door policies to advocate for employees
• Oversee recruitment strategies aligning with company goals
• Facilitate onboarding and training development programs
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in Human Resources with 2 years in management
• Proficiency in HRIS, preferably ADP
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related fields preferred
• Demonstrated conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels
