As an HR Generalist at Surepoint PRO, you will be instrumental in shaping workforce dynamics while enhancing HR systems and operations. This role focuses on building relationships and streamlining administrative processes.
This position will have you managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and exit strategies. You are expected to partner closely with hiring managers, oversee trade partnerships, and maintain the integrity of employee data. Your high emotional intelligence will support effective communication across all organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts with hiring managers
• Cultivate partnerships for trade pipelines and apprenticeships
• Administer onboarding and offboarding processes
• Execute regular HRIS audits for data quality
• Serve as a contact for HR policies and employee relations
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience needed
• Familiarity with Canadian employment law and HR practices
• Proficiency in Dayforce and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Excellent communication and organization abilities
