Trans Alta, one of Canada's largest power generators, seeks a Senior Analyst focused on U.S. payroll processing. You will leverage your 5+ years of experience to manage end-to-end U.S. payroll in SAP, ensuring timely and accurate payroll outputs for both hourly and salaried employees. Collaborating with HR and Finance, you will enhance payroll processes while adhering to compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end U.S. payroll processing in SAP

• Manage full payroll cycle and GL postings

• Execute compliance with U.S. payroll regulations

• Investigate discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries

• Administer garnishments and third-party remittances

Requirements:

• PCP or PLP designation required

• 5+ years in U.S. payroll in multi-state

• Extensive hands-on SAP Payroll experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Understanding of union payroll processes
