As a Senior Analyst, you will be instrumental in liaising with business and technical teams. The position requires deep knowledge of SAP HR processes and extensive experience with system integrations like SAP Success Factors and Workday. You'll manage multiple projects while ensuring compliance with clean-core architecture principles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and validate end-to-end SAP HR processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify scalable solutions
• Support Core HR and organizational management systems
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and design workshops
• Drive project timelines, risk evaluation, and deliverables
Requirements:
• 10+ years working with SAP enterprise applications
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4
HANA and HR processes
• Proven experience with system integrations and project support
• Solid stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Familiarity with HR master data governance
