In this position, you will actively build relationships with both candidates and client groups while recruiting for various sectors. Your primary focus will be on sourcing talent and managing the full recruitment process from interviewing to placing candidates. The experience you bring from agency recruitment, especially in construction or energy, will be critical in effective talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with candidates and clients

• Build a diverse candidate network through various methods

• Source candidates using ATS and innovative strategies

• Prioritize and manage recruitment projects efficiently

• Conduct interviews and provide recommendations

Requirements:

• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree

• 3-5+ years of agency recruitment experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools

• Ability to work in a hybrid model
