Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on HR strategies and workforce needs
• Guide talent management and retention efforts
• Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
• Lead compliance and HR best practices implementation
• Contribute to organizational change and HR project planning
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HRBP
• Relevant HR certification like CHRP
• Strong understanding of HR law and practices
• Proven skills in project management and analysis
