Position: Compensation Advisor at WestJet
Become a Compensation Advisor with West Jet, engaging in up to five days of in-person collaboration. Provide strategic insights on compensation programs and total rewards in this key role.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Compensation, you will partner with People Relations and senior leaders to enhance West Jet’s compensation strategy. Your expertise is crucial for designing, developing, and communicating compensation initiatives that align with the company’s pay philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the compensation expert for designated client groups

• Implement Federal Pay Equity Act compliance throughout the organization

• Conduct financial analyses and provide strategic recommendations

• Develop communication materials for leaders about compensation practices

• Maintain industry knowledge of compensation trends within airlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Commerce

• 3-5 years of experience in compensation business partnering

• Experience with labour bargaining and collective agreements

• Strong analytical skills for complex data insights

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel
