We are seeking a skilled professional for the role of Informal Conflict Management Specialist to support HR teams and clients. This position requires a degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field, along with extensive training in conflict resolution. You will play a key role in improving workplace dynamics by providing effective guidance and training to address issues constructively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to ongoing conflict resolution improvement efforts
• Provide innovative solutions tailored to client needs
• Build collaborative relationships with HR partners
• Assist clients in effectively managing their business
• Uphold values of professionalism, service, and integrity
Requirements:
• Relevant degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
• 160 hours training in conflict management, including mediation
• 1+ years (PE-04) or 3+ years (PE-05) related experience
• Knowledge of conflict resolution principles and practices
• Bilingual (BBB/BBB or CBC/CBC) or English essential
