HR Coordinator

Position: H2O Innovation HR Coordinator Role

As the HR and Administration Coordinator, you will report to the Regional Vice President and liaise with the Corporate HR team. This key position supports Western Canada’s water treatment operations by managing recruitment, employee movement, and payroll inquiries within FIFO settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage local recruitment activities and onboarding for new hires

• Organize employee travel and rotation schedules

• Validate timecards and address payroll-related employee concerns

• Track site access and compliance documentation

• Assist with financial tracking and vendor invoice processing

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of HR, administration, and payroll experience

• Knowledge of multi-site, industrial, or FIFO operations

• Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Valid Alberta Driver’s License and willingness to travel
