Position: Employer Relations Advisor Full-Time Role

We are seeking a motivated individual with at least 2 years of experience in job placement. You will leverage your strong communication and problem-solving skills to develop individualized employment plans for clients. Collaboration with community partners and regular employer interaction are key to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build meaningful relationships with employers for job creation

• Support clients with personalized employment strategies

• Match clients to suitable job opportunities

• Represent the program at job fairs and events

• Monitor employer feedback to ensure client success

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of job placement experience

• Training in career development or related fields

• Strong relationship-building abilities

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required

• Proficient in using computer systems and social media
