Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in managing complex, multi-union environments. This role encompasses developing policies, overseeing contract negotiations, and ensuring employee health services support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with ELR/OHS corporate policies
• Lead negotiations with unions and advise on labour matters
• Manage employee health and wellness programs effectively
• Collaborate on ELR/OHS operational planning and metrics
• Foster relationships with impacted stakeholders and legal advisors
Requirements:
• Degree in Labour Relations or Human Resources
• CHRL designation is a plus
• Extensive experience required in a complex environment
• In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
