Business Analyst in HR Analytics and Reporting

Lead HR analytics and reporting initiatives in the role of Human Resources Business Analyst. Shape processes and improve data quality within the organization.

This position requires close collaboration with HR, IT, and institutional stakeholders to define and deliver analytics solutions effectively. Your analytical expertise, with a minimum of 3 years in business analysis, enables you to support the full project lifecycle while developing dashboards and reporting tools such as Argos and Power BI. You will also maintain stakeholder engagement through various project phases while championing best practices in data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map and analyze current and future state HR processes

• Gather, validate, and prioritize stakeholder requirements

• Support configuration and optimization of HR systems

• Extract and interpret HR data for actionable insights

• Develop dashboards and reports for informed decision-making

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Business or Information Systems

• At least 3 years’ experience in a HR related analyst role

• Familiarity with HR systems like Cornerstone

• Strong analytical and facilitation skills

• Understanding of data security in HR environments
