Human Resources Safety Coordinator

At Aurora, a leader in leather furniture, you'll coordinate employee onboarding, track safety certifications, and manage HR documentation. This position requires organizational skills and attention to detail for effective compliance and support in a busy manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate employee onboarding and prepare necessary documents
• Maintain comprehensive health and safety compliance records
• Support payroll administration and attendance tracking activities
• Provide office management and clerical support
• Organize training programs and safety orientation sessions
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields is an asset
• Administrative or HR experience is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Understanding of workplace health and safety is a plus
