Join Clear Water Academy as a Human Resources Specialist, concentrating on payroll and employee benefit management in a part-time capacity.
Your role will ensure smooth HR operations while adhering to important compliance standards.
Your responsibilities encompass processing payroll for faculty and staff, managing employee benefits, and handling pension contributions. You will assist in maintaining accurate records and ensure that all payroll-related activities are compliant. This position requires confidentiality, professionalism, and a commitment to the school's mission and values, providing an essential support function within the educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll and maintain detailed records
• Liaise with ATRF on pension contributions
• Support employee benefit enrollment and inquiries
• Ensure compliance with federal payroll regulations
• Assist with HR documentation and employee onboarding
Requirements:
• Education in HR, Payroll, or Business Administration
• Experience in Canadian payroll systems
• Strong detail orientation and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Alberta Employment Standards
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office
