This pivotal role involves managing payroll operations for both Canada and U.S. associated tasks through the PEO. You'll oversee payroll compliance, year-end activities, and system enhancements while leading the People Services Analyst. Your leadership will drive improvements in payroll systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance
• Manage payroll systems and maintain data integrity
• Lead benefits administration and operational reporting
• Address complex payroll and HR system inquiries
• Drive process improvements and system testing initiatives
Requirements:
• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience essential
• Strong knowledge of compliance in payroll practices
• Experience with HRIS and payroll system administration
• Proven leadership skills and mentoring ability
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
