Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day HR operations and employee service delivery

• Analyze HR metrics and payroll oversight

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related

• 8–12 years in senior HR roles

• CPHR designation or pursuing

• Knowledge of Alberta HR standards

• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring
