Your role will be critical in driving HR initiatives.
As the HR Coordinator for Alberta Operations, you will handle administrative tasks related to employee management and support HR-related inquiries. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess 2-5 years of HR administrative experience. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be essential in fostering smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage administrative HR functions including onboarding
• Respond to HR inquiries and coordinate meetings
• Ensure maintenance of accurate employee records
• Support labor relations and disability management tasks
• Facilitate payroll and compensation updates
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or HR-related discipline
• 2-5 years’ experience in HR administration
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with HRIS, especially Workday, is preferred
• Exceptional detail orientation and results-driven attitude
