CREB is looking for an HR Generalist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll provide broad HR support including employee relations, recruitment, and payroll processing using Dayforce. Your ability to maintain accuracy and compliance in payroll tasks will be crucial in fostering trust within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer semi-monthly payroll in Dayforce accurately

• Manage payroll records and year-end processes

• Provide HR advisory support to employees and leaders

• Support recruitment and onboarding activities

• Assist with employee development and training initiatives

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field

• CHRP or PCP designation or payroll experience

• 3–5+ years of HR experience in a generalist role

• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
