Position: Senior Recruitment Advisor at Trans Mountain

In this full-time position, you will support Trans Mountain’s HR team by managing the full-cycle recruitment process. You will engage with hiring leaders to understand their staffing needs, develop effective job postings, and employ diverse sourcing strategies. Your work will help ensure a collaborative and efficient recruitment experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full cycle recruitment for diverse roles

• Conduct detailed intake discussions with hiring managers

• Develop targeted job postings that attract qualified candidates

• Actively source and cultivate candidate talent pools

• Monitor job requisitions through the ATS for efficiency

Requirements:

• 7+ years of extensive recruitment experience

• Completion of a post-secondary degree in HR or related field

• Proficiency in recruiting technology and ATS platforms

• Strong networks and expertise in sourcing candidates

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to integrity
