• Be the primary HR contact for assigned teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

• 7+ years of HR Business Partner experience

• Hands-on knowledge of employee relations and compliance

• Strong understanding of Canadian employment legislation

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
