Calgary Co-op is seeking a temporary Recruitment Advisor to enhance its Human Resources team at the Head Office. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for top talent.
Join Calgary Co-op for a three-month temporary role that may extend based on operational needs. This position requires a professional with 5–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a unionized setting. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, managing job postings, and collaborating with department leaders to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leaders to identify staffing needs
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and candidate onboarding
• Maintain job boards and social media channels
• Build relationships with managers and stakeholders
• Prepare recruitment metrics and analyses
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR or related field
• 5–8 years of recruitment experience
• Knowledge of labour relations and policies
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle HRIS
