Position: Director of Benefits and Wellness Programs
Join Fluor as the Director of Benefits and Wellness Programs and play a crucial role in enhancing employee benefits and retirement strategies. This strategic position calls for innovative leadership and strong team collaboration.

You will report directly to the Global Benefits Lead, focusing on the effectiveness of Canadian benefits and wellness initiatives. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, requiring partnership with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure compliance and program success. Shape strategies that align with organizational objectives to foster a sustainable workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and mentor a team of benefits professionals

• Ensure effective vendor management and oversight

• Develop strategic wellness and retirement guidance

• Monitor compliance and manage risk within programs

• Analyze data to inform leadership decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related area

• At least 12 years of experience in benefits

• Strong track record in leadership (3-5+ years)

• Expertise in handling complex data systems

• Preferred: CEBS certification or progress towards it
