As part of Flair’s Human Resources team, you’ll directly impact employee satisfaction through effective onboarding and benefits administration. This position involves maintaining precise HRIS records, processing employee movements, and providing support across various HR programs. Your strong organizational skills and commitment to accuracy will be key in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer new hire onboarding and maintain welcome materials
• Process internal employee changes in the HRIS
• Handle staff inquiries regarding benefits and policies
• Manage the Company Long Service Programs
• Conduct regular audits for data accuracy within HR systems
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in HR or Business Administration
• At least 1 year of HR experience preferred
• Experience with payroll systems like ADP
• Excellent time management skills essential
• Must have a legal right to work in Canada
