As an HR Services Administrator at Sobeys, you'll be the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR systems. This role is critical in offering clear, accurate guidance, resolving complex issues, and documenting interactions for follow-up. You will actively participate in teams and help implement new HR technology solutions, ensuring employees feel supported.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address employee HR inquiries accurately and courteously
• Investigate issues and provide resolutions as needed
• Advise on payroll, benefits, and compliance
• Document calls for future reference and reporting
• Support the adoption of new HR software
Requirements:
• 2+ years in Payroll or HR administration
• Experience with Dayforce or similar systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels
