As a senior member of the Total Rewards team at Clio, you will manage the design, implementation, and improvement of global leave programs. Your expertise will be crucial in benchmarking leave designs, collaborating with legal and payroll teams, and ensuring compliance across diverse jurisdictions. This role demands a proactive approach to shaping employee experiences and organizational values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design a globally consistent leave philosophy aligned with Clio’s values
• Benchmark leave programs against market standards in operating countries
• Build leave types: STD/LTD, parental, and more
• Collaborate with Legal and Payroll for compliance validation
• Manage vendor relationships for leave programs
Requirements:
• 5+ years in global leaves or absence management
• Deep regulatory knowledge, especially US and Canada
• Proven project management skills
• Experience in leave program design
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
