As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will facilitate a seamless hiring process alongside Talent Acquisition Advisors, focusing on high-volume recruitment.

Your role will involve coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and facilitating pre-employment checks, ensuring candidates have a positive experience from start to finish. The role requires an eye for detail to enhance CPKC's hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule various types of candidate interviews

• Ensure timely pre-employment check completion

• Maintain accurate candidate statuses in the system

• Provide updates to hiring managers as needed

• Assist in candidate assessments and shortlisting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

• At least three years of recruiting coordination experience

• Valid Canadian passport mandatory

• Familiarity with Success Factors and similar tools preferred

• Bilingual French skills are a plus
