BDO Human Resources Specialist

Your role will involve being the primary HR contact for advising both employees and leaders on a variety of talent management topics. You'll partner with the Talent Acquisition team and collaborate on national HR projects, fostering an inclusive environment where employees can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on all aspects of talent management

• Support recruitment and hiring processes

• Analyze data to support the National Talent Strategy

• Engage with leaders to develop their teams

• Participate in HR project initiatives

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of HR experience

• CHRP designation is preferred

• Strong focus on advisory services

• Proven problem-solving abilities

• Excellent presentation skills
