In this position, you'll be responsible for the administration and continuous enhancement of Pursuit's total rewards programs across the U.S. and Canada. Key functions include managing compensation structures, incentive programs, and compliance with regulations. Collaborating with the People team and leadership, you’ll ensure that all offerings align with market trends and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the administration of compensation processes
• Track and analyze incentive program performance
• Manage vendor relations and benefits renewals
• Assist in leave of absence program management
• Develop metrics and reporting for program effectiveness
Requirements:
• 7+ years in relevant compensation and benefits roles
• Experience in multi-site organization environments
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Certification in compensation and benefits preferred
