This role is vital for managing HR operations during a parental leave coverage. You will enhance recruiting strategies and training programs, ensuring compliance with employment laws and the implementation of diversity initiatives. Your leadership will be essential in building trust and supporting relationships throughout the entire employee life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee HR team training and performance evaluations
• Review recruitment strategies to align with company culture
• Foster employee advocacy and open communication channels
• Develop and execute annual HR initiatives
• Guide performance management and issue resolution
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of HR experience with 2 in management
• Knowledge of HRIS and analytics, ideally ADP
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Strong understanding of performance management processes
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities
