Role:  Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist
Contract Details

Start Date:

ASAP
Duration:  Until Dec 31, 2026 (high potential for extension)

Hours:

35 hours/week
Language preference:  French and English

Pay Rate:  CAD (35/hr- 40/hr) (based on experience)

Location
Fully remote (Canada) – based out of Calgary
Occasional travel required (events, campus hiring, annual gala)

Role Summary
High-volume, full-cycle recruitment role focused on sourcing and headhunting for niche pharmacy and retail roles. Ideal for a confident recruiter who can manage multiple requisitions and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Manage up to 60 active requisitions
Conduct proactive sourcing/headhunting (Linked In, Indeed)
Partner with hiring managers & Pharmacy Directors
Lead weekly prioritization discussions (top 15–20 roles)
Build talent pipelines (including campus engagement)
Support hiring events and employer branding initiatives
Manage ATS workflows (Workday)
Contribute to presentations and TA strategy

Requirements
Must-Have:
5+ years recruitment (or 3+ years agency with strong sourcing)
Proven headhunting & passive sourcing experience
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced hiring
Self-starter with strong ownership

Pharmacy/healthcare recruitment
